Zyntel started with a simple observation: East African businesses deserved better software — built for their reality, not adapted from somewhere else. That conviction drives every line of code we write.
Our story
We saw what African businesses actually needed.
Too many "African tech" solutions were Western tools with a sticker on them — assuming fast internet, credit cards, and workflows built for other markets.
We started Zyntel because we live in the same reality as our clients. We know what offline means, what low-bandwidth means. We build software that works anyway.

Nakasero Hospital
Built and deployed a lab operations tracking system for Uganda’s leading private hospital — replacing manual tracking with real-time visibility.
2025 First agency client
Five S Investments
Replaced a broken spreadsheet with a working property management system for a Kampala real estate business.
2026 Formalised
Zyntel Co. Limited
Registered in Kampala as Nakasero Hospital signed on as a formal client — the studio behind the freelance work became a company.

Our hospital operations platform and offline-first form builder both moved into production, alongside the growing agency practice.

Our newest product grew out of real problems we kept seeing: field teams losing data, broken syncs, forms that don't work without Wi-Fi. ZyntForms solves all of it.
